"I had an excellent experience. About 6 weeks ago, I had an accident and my car was towed to Toms for several repairs. I live In Florida and had to do all my communication through email or phone calls. Erin was amazing! She went above and beyond with communication so I was updated on every step with my car repairs. The actual repairs were done every well and my car is perfect. I highly recommend using them if you need any assistance fixing your car!"

"I have been hunting for a few weeks for a shop to repair my vehicle after I was rear-ended in Fort Mill. Erin went above and beyond in answering all of my questions, and walked me through the process of repair and how the shop works with insurance company partners. She also took time to explain how the shop would go about proceeding with the estimated repairs to my vehicle. Although it's not a pleasant time to deal with car repairs due to supply chain issues, this was the first shop I talked to that was willing to take time to educate me and address my concerns - what a great way to win my business!
